A little late to this thread. But, I was talking a friend about how much to pack. i am going to be in Southern Africa for 6 months. Would you pack the same amount of stuff for 2 months as you would for 6 months? Minus the medication and extras but clothing I always bring way to much stuff with me.

Also would you pay extra 125 dollars to be able to bring an extra bag? Any idea.
