You should know, then, that "Time-Verified Upgrades" no longer exist and have been replaced with "Status Regional Upgrades".
Hence, the ones sold on eBay are no longer issued, usually not stamped with a place of issue or expiration date and
should raise the eyebrows of any competent CSR.
