No one has mentioned that you cannot "combine" your two accounts' miles to get two tickets. You can transfer miles to another person's account, at a cost, but do so before you call to ticket the flights. (I am assuming, from the way you worded your sentence, that those miles are not evenly divided between the two accounts...)
