Any thoughts? I've been to FRA before, but that was a LH to LH transfer.
What is with your checked baggage? Will they check it through to your final destination? Will you have a boarding card?

Read this from FRA website:

If you have more time to spend between flights in Frankfurt and don't have your boarding card yet, many airlines (including Lufthansa) let you check in earlier: at special transfer counters that you can find in transit area B in Terminal 1. We also have a few nice suggestions on how to pass the time.

When you have to change terminals:

If you have to go to the other terminal to catch your connecting flight, our free Sky Line train shuttles between the two terminals every two minutes. You don't even need to leave the transit zone to use it.
The Sky Line Train Shuttle has two stops at terminal 1; the last one brings you direct to the concourse. However, there is a security check (with no lines!, 99% of the pax leave the train before), and that can cause trouble, if you have items, which are not allowed as carry-on. In this case you have to get off the 2nd stop and check-in this items.
