Am interested to find out whether NW will issue MCO coupons or Travel Vouchers, which can be used for future travel in NW itself, within a certain period, when a 'non-refundable' ticket is cancelled. I remember reading in an old posting that'non-refundable' only means they will not refund you as cash / charge back to your cc, but that the ticket will have a 'value' which can be used for future travel.
