NW Changed Flight TIme, Can I get full refund?
I purchased 3 tickets for my family to go from LGA to PHX for Thanksgiving. We may not go. However, the flight arrival time has changed by 15 minutes later. Can I ask for a full refund because they cahnged arrival time and this does not fit with my plans?
