You can get one with a TSA lock on it. Brookstone has these for $15, IIRC. Like the combo locks on bags, it will probably only deter the most casual thievies, but it's something.

These are great for hard sheel bags (Samsonite Oyster, etc.) I'm always worried that mine will explode; the strap makes me worry less.

One thing: make sure the straps are TIGHT. If they are not, they'll get caught on corners, etc. and bad things could happen.
