As there does't seem to be a shuttle bus to this station, the only options seem to be A) to walk (with the risk of getting killed by a driver on rural no shoulder routes - not talking about luggage) or to take a cab (and to piss off a cab driver who has to loose his space in the waiting line for a <$5 ride...). Anyone ever tried this?

I know about the shuttle to the Beacon station, but the destination is Port Jervis, not NYC -so it would be quite a detour to travel through NYC...
