Last year after what we had planned to be a day trip to Niagara Falls for the casino wound up later then expected, we checked into the ES-NF. Obviously we had no toothbrushes or toothpaste for my wife and me, nor a razor and shaving cream for me. Mentioning this at check-in, the young lady at the front desk opened a large drawer and handed us travel sized toothbrushes and toothpaste, a disposable razor and small aerosol can of shaving cream for me, and two half-sized deodorant sticks. No charge. Many hotels and chains have "emergency supplies" for guests, and with the new TSA rules about carry-on liquids and gels, I'm sure more hotels have implimented their availability to hotel guests.

And yes, the items in the basket in the front room are way overpriced.
