Interesting point raised here - there is no easy way of providing feedback to Jet* - good, bad or ugly. I wanted to write about the lack of power in my seat (or the rows around me) on our A330 Starclass flight recently. A reasonable thing to do since you pay the extra for a seat with an individual light, a free headphone jack for the main screen... but there is no other way than writing a snail mail to a general corpoarte headquarters address.
Perhaps living in splendid isolation of pax opinion is vital when running a LCC. Compliments, complaints, suggestions just generate work which costs the business $....
