The Asia Platinum card looks just like the domestic card - except at the bottom of it it says "ACCESS TO ALL WORLDCLUBS / KLM ROYALWING AND SELECT BUSINESS CLASS LOUNGES"

I have found that America West lounges and Continental lounges also accept it. I have also found that my Asia Platinum card will get me into KLM Business Class Lounges that my old WorldClub card would not when I was flying in coach - like Johannesburg.

Also note that the Asia Platinum card will only allow you to bring one guest into lounges although most lounge employees do not seem to be aware of this and will allow two. They know all about this rule, however, in DTW and MSP - at least in my experience.
