Had a great flt with JQ yesterday. Two kids in tow and one asked to see the pilot - the cabin manager said not during flight (understandably), but at the end it should be OK.
We were in row 2 so upon landing jnr Corporate Flyer asked again and the cabin manager (ex-AN) knocked on the door and asked the pilot who said yes and the kids had a good 5min discussion with the pilot and were thrilled, seeing all the buttons and a window that opens - real highlight of the flight.
I thought this was great so rang Jetstar this morning to pass on my thanks - the person who answered the call was so surprised to hear positive feedback, he said he would have to ask his supervisor as to how to record it. The message came back that the system does not allow for recording of compliments of cabin staff (!), so thanks for the call but cannot record it.
How can I provide the feedback?
