These parents should have been deplaned given a refund and refused any further travel on Airtran. No free flights or future tickets. That would have sent a message to parents everywhere to "make your children behave or you will not fly"
I completely agree. If you can't figure out how to put your kid in their seat, they shouldn't be flying.
