If you stomach doesn't agree with the Full Motion, then you can get them to turn it off for you and its visuals only.

I almost puked the first time I sat there and they turned the motion on, as it was like a camel getting up from its seating position, but my eyes were telling me we were still parked at the gate!

I tend to close my eyes when the instructor yells 'motion coming on' and wait until the sim has reared itself.
