I think CO will disagree as they have some elites under 4 and some under 4s that do Yups or buy F. This shouldn't turn into another children in F thread, but hopefully will be a wake up to parents that if they don't ensure the kids are in seats, they can be deplaned and should be if they are holding up a flight.
