No, not when the simulator's in flight.
However, when you're taxiing on the ground, the simulator will do some odd things to try to reproduce the forces experienced during ground movement. These could upset you. For example, if you brake firmly to a halt, the simulator rotates in a nose-down sense to simulate longitudinal deceleration. But the visual picture you see does not change. After a few sharp taps on the brakes, even my sense of balance started objecting a bit.
