1-800Flwers CS is horrible. Last year during AA's 25 day promotion, I ordered flowers for my nieces, way in advance of their b-day's. 1-800-flowers screwed up. Forget delivering on time, they never delivered. I had my confirmation number and all they said was OOPs, I'm sorry. I complained so much, I made them call my niece and apologize for screwing up. It was also a hassle getting my money back. They sent me a $10 coupon for my trouble. I promptly ripped it up.

I stick with FDT now. Never had a problem and they post to your account without having to follow-up.

As far as quality goes, I haven't seem to have a problem with FDT.
