Not claiming to be an expert on this, but I'll have a go based on what I recall from the GDS training I did for fun once...

SWI1GMK67ZO/N6S/GBT/LON 9NOV [PNR deleted]
1G = Galileo GDS used
MK67ZO/N6S = Agency/Agent Identifier
GBT/LON = Location of Agency

1 SQ 317 W FR 8JUN LHRSIN HK1 1200 0745*1 Y @GB1G $
1 = Segment 1 (important for future reference)
SQ 317 = obvious
W = Booked in fare bucket W
FR = Friday
8JUN = Don't really need this explained
LHRSIN = Origin/Destination
HK1 = Ok (stands for Hold Confirmed) (might also at other times see HL for Hold waitlist, and KL for Cleared Waitlist)
1200 = Leaving at noon (local LHR time)
0745*1 = Arriving 0745 next day (*1 = next day) (local SIN time)
no idea about the rest of the line

2 ARNK
2 = Segment 2
ARNK = pronounced A-runk = ARrival uNKnown, used to indicate a surface segment to get to your next segment; in this case, the PNR does not specify how you're getting from SIN to KCH

ditto rest of the segments.

S1 SSRNSSWSQHK1
S1 = Segment 1 (i.e. your LHR-SIN segment)
SSR = Special Service Request (not Special Seat Request = SSR is used for any special service e.g. special meals, unaccompanied minor, disabilities etc)
NSSW = Non Smoking Seat Window (NSST = any Non Smoking Seat, NSSA = Non Smoking Seat Aisle, etc)
SQ = Singapore Airlines
HK = Hold Confirmed

Now, what you really don't want to see is something like

SSROSIPAX1.1-PITA

Hope this helps.
