1. There is a Marriott Vacation Club International (MVCI) office next to the lobby. You will be able to book your appointment there.

2. Appx between USD16K to USD26K for 1 week per year. It is almost a "lifetime" membership.

Now my question to those who have purchase the Marriott's Phuket Beach Club or any Club under MVCI, I need some advise:

A. Based on the price highlighted above in #2, and taking into account of all those "maintenance fee", "exchange fee", "spilt fee" etc, is it a worthwhile investment assuming I have another 30 years to live?

B. Assuming for a particular year, I did not utilise the "week stay", how many Marriott Rewards points will be converted to be credited to my Marriott Rewards account.
