Could it be that they are doing a fare increase? I am getting the same thing on the web site whether I am upgrading or not--the different is always more, sometimes up to $150 more. In fact, I logged in here to see if there were any messages posted on it, and indeed there are, so it is not just me.

It is just annoying that when you go to confirm a fare it is suddenly much higher every time.
