St Petersburg and Bari are the only other 'civilised' airports from which you would reasonably expect to receive an e-ticket. Lux and St Petes are a bugger for the vast majority (if not all) airlines who operate from there and are forced to be paper ticket only at this destination.

I would have expected Bari to be sorted out some time ago, but still waiting.

Still several other paper ticket only destinations like Bishkek, Tirana, Tripoli and others but these are more, err, unique destinations. Although Lagos has had e-tickets for ages....
