A few months ago I was on JL ORD-NRT. The FA spilled tea on a Y passanger. I've never seen so much bowing and kneeling in my entire life. I don't know what they would have done if they had spilled on an F passanger.

The other thing I've noticed on JL is how clean things are. I saw a FA clean the bathrooms at least twice during the flight.
