A couple of drink coupons here and there isn't a big issue. But the rules should apply for all 12 months of the year. CO seems to be saying qualify before December or no freebies. I am sensitive to the cost savings issue however. Conversely, CO should double up or make the December qualifiers "whole" (e.g. throw in the extra coupons or perks) in the Feb. packets. Yes I know fat chance.
Exactly my feelings on this...like I said, it's the pure principle of it, not the cost.
Perhaps COInsider can give us the company line/reason for this and if there are any things we're entitled to...
