Many RCs closed post-9/11 have re-opened, such as SFO Airport, while others are now daily again (e.g. Sacramento).

But some new Regencies, such as Jersey City, were not built with RCs and presumably have no plans for them.

RC quality and offerings vary tremendously. Opposite ends of the spectrum are found in the same state: compare Miami (threadbare alcove, minimal offerings, disinterested service) with GH Tampa (marvelous on all counts). GH San Francisco, while "Grand", is inferior to Sacramento HR in its wine offerings, hors d'oeuvres, and service.

AFAIK, unlike Hilton, Hyatt publishes no directory which identifies club-equipped hotels. Nor is there anything online. You have to call the hotel, or at least the Hyatt 800 number.
