I'm in the same boat here...qualified Gold on Dec 15 and was told I would get no packet until end of Fed. I'm ok with not getting the card, but the lack of any other "freebies" perks, whatever you wanna call 'em isn't right.

I mean, not to sound like a couple of drinks in Y are gonna break me, but it's the pure principle of it.
