Must agree with the Aggie here... Mr. Eaton is a fantastic asset to the hotel and makes all guests seem like the hotel was built just for them.

If you can manage the 1br suite, then I would do your best to get that. We stayed in one last time through Phuket, and it was incredible; they even offer the option of booking a chef to come cook for you personally on your balcony, overlooking the ocean. This is only available for the suites, but just comes as a bonus to an otherwise amazing room.
