This is honestly hysterically funny. They are going to take a bunch of people who don't speak english, who don't even care about their job duties, and in 4 hours they will be trained as counter-terrorism human behavior evaluators.

Which morons came up with this scheme? DHS or the crooks and thieves who run Miami-Dade government?
