Two water bottles are delivered daily to the room - plenty more are available to just pick up any time at the health club. Water can also be purchased at the deli - but I just use the water in the health club.

The ocean is usually quite rough, with flags indicating that they do not recommend you go in. I have on occasion, but understand why they don't want you to. Depending on tide, there is a nice sandy beach there, but not huge by east coast US standards, but much nicer than most west coast beaches.

Free internet when staying at the MVCI side of the property (wired ethernet). Plats get free breakfast when staying in the hotel (not sure about golds).
