I stayed at the very new HGI in Yakima WA recently and they had the adjustable bed. There was a card on the night stand with instructions. The control was under a flap on the side of the mattress. Not very convenient. I also didn't notice much of a change when I adjusted the control. Of course, I'm a bit spoiled since my GF has a sleep number bed which responds immediately to setting changes and is very comfy.
