I concur!! I flew from PHL to Rome via Frankfurt on LH a few years ago. (I received an unrestricted RT voucher as part of the compensation for a photo shoot I did for LH.) I was standing in the galley for a bit, stretching my legs -- not in anyones way. The FA comes up to me and says, in his dead-pan accent, "You paid for your seat and you should sit in it." It was fun watching his
slight reaction when I informed him that my ticket was free.
