The easiest way to do this is a clearly-marked taxi, available right outside the airport. A remise or private car may be marginally cheaper if you negotiate it well (negotiation price not to be counted on since what's acceptable to one may be unacceptable to another), but my suggestion is a radio taxi. I do a radio taxi myself most of the time when without a car.

The cheapest for one person would be to do the Manuel Tienda Leon shuttle, but that will be the most time-consuming option. http://www.tiendaleon.com.ar/home/home.asp (The prices are in pesos.)
