Sometimes things that seem like bad luck really do work out...............I was really upset about losing my bulkhead seat ATL-LAX and tried really hard to get it back, thank god I didnt. First of all the switched us to a 767-300 ER...talk about leg room!!!! Not the most comfortable seats in the world but I certainly didnt need the bulkhead for leg room. Business Class (I had used a PMU) was full except for one seat when boarding was done, the F aisle on my bulkhead, sitting in MY original seat was a very professional looking female. Anyway, the gate agent comes back on...goes to the background and upgrades a young woman (who moved TONS of luggage, heads to the back again and comes back with a LAP child...I would say 10-12 months old...at that stage where it could say "hi" over and over and over again). Anyone want to guess how grateful I was I got moved? This child was horribly behaved, loud (screamed a lot of the flight) and it was obvious from the minute they showed up the woman in "my seat" was so not happy. She actually asked to be moved twice, and said she would even go to coach, but the flight was full. Have to be honest, I dont think people with lap babies should be upgraded, but my goal is not to start that conversation yet again. Just glad it wasnt me sitting next to them!

BTW.........a PHENOMENAL crew on 189 today (actually both flights) and was shocked how many comments I am still getting about my KDMD button!
