I recall having previously seen an option to upgrade in MMB, and a search confirmed this, including the upgrade sticky saying (3) Paid upgrade through ba.com in advance. However, some threads seem to indicate that this option is not always present. Can any of you knowledgeable people confirm whether this might/might not appear and whether I can find out before booking? I'm keen to avoid a situation where she has an ET ticket and I end up with a CE ticket!
