Ain't that ever the case the case on TPA and MCO 777's.
I got moved into 4J to accommodate crew rest and the drivel from the galley behind all night was awful. They seem inconsistent on these routes, 4A and 4K are good seats, but they will use either for crew rest when they are carrying a third driver, which is not all the time.
I've done TPA and MIA in the recent past, TPA I find a breeze, MIA, rental car drop off, buses, the whole being treated like cattle experience, I avoid the place at all costs.
Give the MIA experience a whirl, but don't expect too much positive about it, apart from maybe the lounge, that was nice last time I used it a couple of years ago, previous trip I was running late so didn't stop by.
