Does anyone know if there are specific rules for when OLCI can be done when returning on Intl Flights to the USA on CO? Heres why I ask....

"This week I logged in to CO.COM (I didn't recv the OLCI email) around 10AM Brussels time and wanted to OLCI for the ~9:30 AM flight from BRU-EWR-CLE the next day (Friday morning), it would not allow me to check in, maybe something was wrong with my record I thought....I came back to my hotel at 5:30 PM (Brussels time) that evening and it allowed checkin for the entire flight. However by then I was sequence 12+ for the FC stand-by list EWR-CLE when I think I would have been much higher on the list by checking in at 10AM BRU time zone on Thursday morning.

I have had this happen before (NRT comes to mind) and I assumed my record was corrupted but at this point I do not think this is the reason. Is maybe this is "just the way it is"?

FWIW, I never did receive an email offering OLCI for the return flights, but did receive all of my trip alerts.
