No, it doesn't. On the 747-200 upstairs is the place to be. The seats have 70+ inch seat pitch and lay flat <real flat, not CO flat>. These are the old first class seats. On the 747-400, the old first class is rows 1-4 in the nose section. These do not lay flat, but have a little more room than the others in WBC.
