I am able to determine the "type" of meal service on the flight. I was just curious about what those types entailed. I have also found the 2007 dining threads, which cover some of this as well.

I suppose I will simply need to add this to "my experience", and accept whatever comes (or doesn't). (Is that sufficiently melodramatic? )
