Delta, for example, are known for their quite narrow business class seats, and here's an
image of the inside of the Delta 767 cabin (see the 'seat in upright position' image for a good view) - everything's much closer together than the 'artists impression' given for SilverJet.
Maybe it's just a perspective thing?

The Maxjet 767 (that I was on in Oct 2006 from IAD to LON) certainly doesn't feel cramped in the 2/2/2 formation, but definitely the room in the aisles is less than in the Silverjet artist's impression. Also of course, the only 100 passengers (actually 48 on our maxjet flight) also make it seem there is more room, and the lack of catering trollies adds to that
