Be persistent! I had the same problem with one of my FFF2 partners from May not posting (Barnes and Noble). It took a series of at least 20 emails to NW to resolve the problem. The emails would have been funny if my miles weren't involved - since they never managed to answer the question, would reply telling me to do things I already had done, appeared to be completely confused, etc. etc. Eventually the partner and the FFF2 miles posted. I found emails easier than phone calls since I then had a 'paper' copy of my communications.
