You would expect that a two-class carrier has to maximize total profits over the classes of service, and economy and business on the same route are competitors...
Sounds like the typical commuter flights on the legacy airlines in the US... but if you insit on ultra low fare with little or no frills in the US, just wait till SkyBus start flying. hehe.
