Not to pick on any one club, but Term D at DFW seems to have more delays at times.

1. They staff the lower level desk with one person instead of 2. Granted I think the night in question when I got upstairs the AAngels there were having a discussion of who was supposed to be going downstairs NOW to help out the AAngel. This under-staffing causes delays!

2. For some reason, the DFW Term D AC seems to get a lot of 'non-members' and 'non-valid-access' people wanting to come in. So the lower level person has to explain the rules (International P/J or membership or .. ) and then try and sell them the one-day pass. Last weekend I was stuck behind a coupe who were given the 'full sales pitch' when they did not qualify and then they tried to decide (what do I get for it) if they should pay the one-day pass rate. In the meantime, my departure was ticking away and I just wanted to head upstairs and get things resolved.

WOW wouldn't it be nice if ACs had a Kiosk for those of us entering with memberships .. to jump any lines!
