I'm curious if frequent flyer programs permit peopel to CONNECT in a different zone than the orgin and destination. For example, in Northwest Worldperks, they have an award WITHIN Southern Asia, which includes Thailand and China. Can I connect in Seoul, just a connection, on my way from say Bangkok to another city in China?
