She'd be taking the Quick Shuttle, so that won't be an issue. SEA would almost certainly be easier in this case.

Obviously she's not a very experienced traveler, so hadn't considered the whole thing well at all, and after discussing it, I think the cost and timing issues won't work. But at least we know now, and I advised her to apply for her passport now.
