After the first two or three pax are made into twitching, smoldering examples, the rest should fall into line.
I doubt they would go with this plan since it would require additional personnel and everything seems to be going toward self-service these days. Maybe when you check in they could hand you a pair of numchuks to fight your way to the red carpet.
