Does anyone here know a better Telephone # for ALAMO rather than
1800GOALAMO?

I can't stand their outsourced people.

This is Me and Outsourced Agent (OA)

OA: Hi welcome to Alamo, how can I help you?
Kinglobjaw: Hi Im calling about missing miles for a past rental.
OA: What location would you like to pick up your car?
Kinglobjaw: Maam, this is about a past rental and missing miles.
OA: What city please? (Suddenly I feel like I've dialed 411
Kinglobjaw: Chicago
OA: What date?
Kinglobjaw: Umm, January 13, 2007.
OA: Sir that is a unavailable past date. Please give me a new one after today.
Kinglobjaw: Yes I know, I am calling about missing miles
OA: I need to know when you will be wanting to pick up a car or else I cannot help you.
Kinglobjaw: Oh you've helped me enough for one day. Bye!

That said, Ill say this. Thank God I am Preferred with US Airways and do not have to deal with OA's.

So again, if anyone has a better # for ALAMO I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
