You didn't say where you coming from but as long as the total mileage is under 9K miles, it's 100K miles for F or 80K for J.

If it's over 9K miles, it goes up to 120K for F and 90K for J.

If you are really ready to spend 180K miles per, you can add another trip in the future to the tune of up to 10K flying miles in F or 25K miles in J for 190K miles total.
