Uhhhh, yes, they DO owe us respect and courtesy... we're humans. You know, that treat others w/respect and courtesy thingy?

Anyways, should an airline choose to step on themselves (fancy that) and not make it a priority to treat their customers w/respect, then they can start digging their grave today.
