Those things are certainly implied in the business-customer relation. Of course, they don't always happen. IMO, they should, I think the things listed by the OP are minimums.
As with any other transaction, the customer will determine whether the respect/courtesy were adequate, along with the product, on time-flights, etc, and vote with their credit card when it comes to future business.
