I was in the Venice lounge a couple of years ago - it was basically a few seats behind a partition ! It may have been a temporary thing, but if that is still all there is then there is nothing to recomend it.

That must have been more than a couple of years ago as it sounds like the old terminal at VCE. The lounge in the current terminal is pretty good - large (though it is shared with other airlines), plenty of seating, free internet access, friendly dragons and a full bar service. Oh and a view over the apron and runway. One of the better out-station lounges in BA's EU network.
