caviar and Balik salmon "Tsar Nicolaj" with Krug grande cuvee

Starters
roasted butternut squash bisque with crawfish
served with cheese straws

Nicoise salad with herb vinaigrette dressing

roasted duck confit with duck liver port wine sauce
